Caring For Your Balm
A softened tin is normal — and fixable in seconds.
Our balms are waxes, butters, oils and fragrance. Nothing more. Heat in transit or storage can soften the surface, and it may re-set with an uneven texture. That is cosmetic only: the fragrance, wear time and quality are unchanged.
Warm the surface
Hold a hair dryer over the open tin for a few seconds — just until the top looks glossy.
Let it set
Leave it undisturbed at room temperature until it is fully solid again. It will pour back flat and smooth.
Store it cool
Keep the tin somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun and away from prolonged heat.
